Headlining our Saturday evening session at the beer festival is The Day of the Rabblement! A welcome return to the band who featured for us at the beer festival back in May, they’re always a huge hit wherever they perform.
Formed in 2010, The Day of the Rabblement are an exciting 7-piece indie-folk band from the south coast. This female-fronted group employ an array of traditional instrumentation to support impassioned lyrics and lush harmony, offering a unique and modern interpretation of the folk genre. The Day of the Rabblement blend aspects of Celtic and American folk music with lyrical styling, influenced by the like of Dory Previn and Bob Dylan, to create songs that will appeal to folk traditionalists and fans of contemporary music alike.
